Faithful Dog Has Been Waiting For His Owner On The Bridge Where He Saw Him Jumping For Four Days

A very loyal puppy, deeply attached to his owner, cannot walk away from the bridge where his human attempted against his own life and the story moves the world.

Dogs are the most loyal to those with whom they manage to unite their heart, if you have had the opportunity to have one of these creatures as pets you can surely confirm it.

A puppy will always be with the people it loves.

That’s why it is always regrettable when these furry ones are separated from their owners and precisely that bad move of destiny has affected a puppy that is still waiting for the man who took care of her for years.

Unfortunately, that will no longer be possible, because for unknown reasons the human of this furry dog decided to end his life on a bridge.

Such a decision is always heartbreaking

The event occurred in Yangtze, in Wuhan (China), and for at least four days the little dog was waiting for the man to get out of the waters where he saw him for the last time.

In his innocence, this is the animal’s greatest wish and that is why his story has moved us all.

Sitting there, he only wished for one thing.

People who passed by the place days after the tragedy occurred, were amazed by the dog’s great loyalty. The poor thing was still there, on the side of the bridge railings with his little eyes looking into the void.

The dog lay down to rest during the endless wait.

A resident, surnamed Xu, told a local media that when he saw the little dog there for several days, he decided to help it.

The man provided it with food and tried to gain its trust, since the little animal proved to be quite docile; however, his plan failed.

He just wanted to end her pain.

This Samaritan intended to conquer the furry one to adopt him. It was heartbreaking to see him there on the bridge, but the loyal puppy still waiting for his owner refused.

The creature refused to let himself be trapped and insisted on staying there on the bridge.

Upon hearing the story, Du Fan, director of the Wuhan Small Animal Protection Association, decided to join Mr. Xu’s goodwill and went to the bridge to look for the little dog. However, the dog was no longer there.

Du and his volunteers began to scour the area for the dog, and also asked officials to access the bridge’s security camera to get a clue about the dog.

The little angel deserved help.

Although the footage did not reveal anything significant as to the animal’s whereabouts, Du was shocked to witness the moment his owner decided to jump off the bridge.

We asked the bridge officials to check what exactly happened. It was very dark, [we] couldn’t see much on the surveillance footage. [We saw that] the person jumped right away,” the animalist explained.

Moved by the situation, the Association is committed to locating the puppy. The intention is to locate him to take him to the shelter, take care of him and find him a new home.

“We are still waiting to find a new owner for the dog. We think it is very sad that such a loyal dog is lost on the streets,” said Du.

This little dog showed until the last minute how loyal he can be and we hope that sentiment will be rewarded, that life and these people will give him back the protection and care he deserves.

Although this is a story whose outcome is uncertain, the gesture of this animal once again highlights how loyal our pets, especially dogs, can be.

Like this missing furry one, we know of puppies that wait for their owners after death. For these creatures there is no farewell possible between two hearts that love each other as only a puppy can love.
