Manager Giovanni Fernandes, 24, recalls: “Matuee came to the post office and everyone was embarrassed and tired, so the boys went to the convenience store and bought him a sausage and they said, did not leave, he stayed with them all day.”

Matuee has made excellent progress in his rehabilitation. He received the service station uniform, his first outfit, as part of an advertising effort. There are social media accounts for the rescued dog. It makes sense that the gas station employees would prepare all of the information for Matuee.
