Blind And With A Weak Tumor, Dog Wanders The Streets Pleading For Help

In all the cities of the world, it is common to find feral dogs on the streets, thrown to their fate. We know that your health is at the heart of your life outdoors, on public roads, and while many people simply pass by and ignore them, there are still others who act for them. know they need help.

Such is the case for Zaira Melissa Ocaña , a caring, exemplary citizen and animal rescuer from the Mexican town of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, located in southern Mexico.

It turns out that while driving down a road, he noticed a stray puppy lying on the side of the road in a very precarious state of health . It was obvious that he would die, so the woman stopped her vehicle, got out to take the little animal in her arms and take it towards a second chance.

“At first glance he seemed in a very bad condition. I acted without even thinking about it,” Zaira commented.

Zaira describes herself as someone who has a special sensitivity towards animals in the street and with health problems. So, our second protagonist, who was baptized as Brave, was very lucky to find the best company for his speedy recovery.

Not all people stop to help others when they are in trouble. Much less do they do it with animals in conditions like those in which Valiente was found. However, Zaira has dedicated many years to helping them and she is simply not blind to such a reality.

“These animals often spend years wandering around looking for food before someone reaches out to them. Most of the time, this does not happen and it is what I resent as a volunteer and a lover of animals and nature,” added Zaira Melissa.

Fortunately, there is always an exception to every rule, and this great Aztec woman more than proved it. She saved the poor little dog left in the middle of traffic and danger.

The puppy is gradually recovering from his injuries, as well as from his tumor in the genital area. He lost one of his eyes, presumably as a result of being run over by a car, whose driver ended up fleeing.

Zaira has said that the medical costs are not within her reach at the moment, but, as she works with donations to continue doing her work, she hopes that many people will join in supporting her noble cause.
