Chihuahua Puppy Was Abandoned On The Street After Being Born Without Front Legs

This is the sad fate of a chihuahua named Daffodil, who was born without two front legs. Despite this, she is full of life and is ready to kiss anyone who walks past her.

Daffodil was rescued in the city of San Francisco in California.

However, her owners decided to leave her on the street. For a newborn dog, this is a real danger. In the case of Daffodil, the situation is even more serious due to her difficulty in walking.

Poor Daffodil was left in a cardboard box. She have not even had a chance to find food or a place to fend for herself. Many curious people came to her, but when they realized she had no legs, they abandoned her and continued on their way as if nothing happened.

A man took the time to bring her to the SPCA. He did not have the money to take her to a vet, but he knew the rescuers would give her the opportunity she so badly needed.

Daffodil’s name means Narcissus in English.

The SPCA fell completely in love with her, all she needed was a little help to walk and that is precisely what they decided to give her.

They took it upon themselves to design a small cart to help her get around. They took her stockings using a bandage and making a kind of cast to make sure everything went perfectly. Throughout the entire process, Daffodil was the sweetest little dog in the world. Despite the hard days she had had to spend on the street, she still had faith in humans.

Two weeks later, the moment everyone had been waiting for arrived. Daffodil used her cart for the first time and was overjoyed. For a moment he seems to be in shock at how fast he can move. She immediately recovered herself and began to chase her toy around the room.

A woman named Olivia gave Daffodil a temporary home, but she ultimately decided to adopt her.

It is amazing to know how much this sweet dog’s life has changed and improved. From the first days of her life, she was left on the streets with her own devices. Now, she enjoys her days in a loving home.
