Devastate Shelter Dog Has Been Called Ugly All Her Life Because Of Her Bumps Eyes

This famous adorable girl, who was first unwelcome but afterwards sought for by everybody, has now found her perfect forever home. According to local news station Fox 35 Orlando, the puppy, known as Dutchess, was handed into Orange County Animal Services in Orlando.

She was handed during the 2022 holiday season due to a landlord dispute. She came with facial deformities behind her eyes little bumps on the underside of her eyelids and found it difficult to find a home.

The shelter said that it had no effect on the woman other than the fact that nobody can manage to get past it. It’s sad because Dutchess really cares for everyone. Every day, she runs up to the kennel doors, excited for the new day and steadfastly optimistic.

Several adopters allegedly passed the dog’s cage without giving Dutchess a glance, according to Orange County Animal Services, and others even made crude remarks about the animal’s appearance.

Dutchess found a way out of the shelter thanks to this institution. The animal was adopted by Rescue Dogs Dream Inc., who then put her in a foster home. Once the puppy arrived, the rescuers posted updates, reporting that she had devoured a McDonald’s cheeseburger and was making herself right at home.

According to the rescue, a veterinarian discovered that Dutchess was uncomfortable with the growths behind her eyes and will have surgery to remove them. The procedure to remove the growths behind Dutchess’ eyes later identified as dermoids.

They are uncommon skin lesions that dogs may be born with them. An influx of adoption requests resulted from Orange County Animal Services first post about Dutchess and her problems, which attracted hundreds of social media interactions.

Rescue Dogs Dream said: “She now has a new Mom and Dad to spoil her rotten and she has a new sister to play with, in her own gated yard. She is a treasured member of the family and gets to go on hikes and outings.”

After Dutchess’ operation, she joined her new family and was given the name Lena. The new family informed the shelter that the puppy is the sweetest dog they have ever encountered.
