Dog Wants To Hold The Hand Of Anyone Who Passes

He spreads his little paws for anyone who passes his cage to great him. Also the lovable Speck tends to stick his face between the metal bars to convince those close to him that it requires a little affection.

Desiray Miracle-Wilder, director of the shelter, said : “All he wants is for people to love him, he holds out his little hand and just wants you to touch him and hold his hand. And it’s very sad when you go out to finish cleaning or whatever you have to do.”

Speck has spent about a year and a half going unnoticed in his kennel and waiting for a family to adopt him. Despite the scars that reflect his previous and difficult life on the streets, this dog is very affectionate and only seeks the affection of people. He is so obsessed with getting the love and attention of people.

Desiray commented: ”He just wants you to touch him, if you sit down, he is leaning over you, if you hold his hand, he holds yours, if you scratch his belly, he turns over.”

One day, Desiray was cleaning Speck’s kennel. Suddenly she came up with the idea of ​​filming the sweet daily scene of the friendly dog. Actually she wanted people to realize how special Speck was.

Desiray posted the video on her Facebook page and it quickly went viral, garnering more than 400,000 views in just a few days. Unimaginably the striking video of the Speck managed to steal the attention of Allie’s Hope For Paws Dog Rescue.

Almost immediately, Allie’s Hope For Paws Dog Rescue connected the shelter with a possible family who decided to stay with Speck.

Desiray added: “He will race on a 26 acre farm with Mike, his family and two other furry brothers. We are so excited. Not only was Speck adopted because of this cute video, but he also helped rescue other babies and got us some food donations! “

Now, the loving Speck is enjoying his days with his loving family, leaving behind the difficult days of his sad past.
