Violence and mistreatment of animals has become a worrying phenomenon in Albania.
Recently, a similar case happened in the city of Vlora in South Albania! Specifically, yesterday it was filmed by a citizen, a reprehensible act!
The latter was caught dragging a dog by car. The images are really critical and testify to the mistreatment of the poor animal.
The authorities must condemn this action for such cases, as this phenomenon is becoming very common in Albania. The well-known lawyer and animalist Adriana Kalaja also reacted to the event through a post on Facebook.

Apart from her, many well-known activists and animal rights protection organizations in Albania have also attended. And while the so-called “man” who dragged the dog has been accompanied by the police and is being processed, it is not yet known whether the dog is alive or not.
