A good mother always does the best things for her children, and that’s true of animals, too.

Meet Mama Ally, a mama stray cat who had spent most of her life living on the streets along with her babies. Despite facing many struggles and dangers, she still tried her best to raise her children. But when she realized that she was not strong enough to protect them, she decided to take her family to a place she knew they’d be safe.

Ally and her two fluffy, white kittens walked up to a North Carolina family’s home and asked for help. The family lined up on the doorstep and looked in through the glass, patiently waiting to be let inside. They believed that a good person would notice them and help them.

Thankfully, the homeowner saw the cats and called Sparkle Cat Rescue for help. Some rescuers took the little family to safety and quickly realized that the mama was pregnant. They reached out to Sarah Kelly, the founder of Murphy’s Law Animal Rescue, and asked her to foster Mama Ally. Kelly immediately agreed to find a comfortable home where the cat could give birth.

When Mama Ally saw her foster mom Monica, she immediately sought out attention from her. She loved to curl up in her lap, on her arm, wherever she could snuggle into the closest! Thanks to the love and care of her foster mom, she gave birth to her five babies and cared for them like the best mama in the world.

“She has the sweetest heart,” Kelly said. “To have cared for her older kittens so long and so well, outside as a stray — seeking out help — she has proven what a heart of gold she has!”

Mama Ally’s older kittens have been adopted together, and she is taking care of her new kittens. After all, all of them are getting the second chances and happy lives they deserve.

If you want to adopt Mama Ally or one of her kittens, you visit the Murphy’s Law Animal Rescue on Instagram to see more. You can follow the little family on Instagram.

There you all can get more information about the shelter, and about the cats if someone will be interested in adopting them. We thanks again the shelter and Sarah that made possible to keep Mama Ally at a difficult moment, and even take a good care of her newborn kittens.
