There are living beings who come into this world to give people the best examples of great progress and strength. And these testimonials do not just come from humans. There are also animals that are forced to face rather extreme situations in life but they accept them in the best way.

Just like Cora, a 7-year-old poodle became a rescue dog for amputees after a horrific accident.

This little girl survived a car accident that left her legs, pelvis and hips completely destroyed.

Despite the bitter circumstances, this girl rose above and became a great inspiration to everyone, especially her owner Zach Skow.

Zach Skow, 40, lives in Tehachapi, California and is the founder of the animal rescue nonprofit Marley’s Mutts. Apparently Cora went to the shelter shortly after being in a car accident and some thought the best thing was to put her down.

For Zach, everything he can do for Cora is really little, since he considers that she is the one who really brings the best part to the relationship by becoming a light for everyone.

But for Cora, not everything is fun, because this dog also plays an important role in society. The furry girl participates together with her owner in a positive change prison program, in which incarcerated people share with rescued canines to start a rehabilitation process together.

Despite not having her front limbs, Cora is able to run and sit with the help of her hind legs. The pink eared dog is perfectly adapted to this and the absence of her front legs has not stopped her playing with her canine friends.

“The girls in our class at the juvenile justice detention center call her ‘The Miracle Girl’,” Zach commented.

The truth is that this little friend is not only a living miracle, but a source of optimism and improvement. It is incredible that such a small being has within him such great strength and optimism that Cora shows. Without a doubt, she is a great example of improvement for many.

As painful as her amputation was, Cora decided to move on and now she has found true happiness. Share Cora’s story and help us multiply her enthusiasm for the world.
