They discovered the dog, who was in a critical state.
One of the five worst situations we’ve ever saved is Phoenix. When we first found Phoenix, she was in a serious condition. Phoenix was laying alone in a barren area, her body thin. She had a lot of bugs on her feet, and hundreds of thousands of ants ate her up.
Phoenix was lying alone in a deserted field with a skinny body. There were many bugs on her feet, and hundreds of thousands of ants devoured her.
Phoenix cried out in pain as she was unable to get up and move. Nobody saw her even though she was resting close to the curb. We were baffled as to why people would be so indifferent to a helpless puppy.
I quickly removed Phoenix’s ants and gave her some food, but she flatly refused to eat anything. I put Phoenix in the car and headed straight towards the hospital. As soon as they examined her, doctors suspected that she might be suffering from both cancer and a pelvic fracture.
Our warrior had anemia, acute starvation, and severely low temperatures. Phoenix underwent two tests, and thankfully, the outcomes were all negative. Doctors used serum infusions and drugs to control Phoenix’s body temperature.
Phoenix, however, appears to have nerve damage, which has rendered her unable to regulate her actions and causing her to convulse constantly. After two months in the hospital, the nurse could finally give her a shower.
We all tried our best to keep Phoenix alive during this tough time, working with the medical team. Phoenix was doing so well and had no plans to give up life, so we were quite pleased of her. She is incredibly healthy, chubby, and beautiful.
